Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?
Yes, we do deliver to PO Box addresses within Australia and Internationally.
What time do I have to place my order by to ensure same day shipping?
All orders received before 12 pm midday are shipped on the same day (not including weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 12 pm midday will be shipped on the following business day.
Do you ship to International locations?
Yes we do ship to overseas locations with a variety of Australia Post services. You can get a shipping estimate via the shopping cart, should you wish to check shipping costs prior to checking out. For more information on shipping please take a look at our “Shipping” page.
What shipping methods are available?
We use Australia Post shipping for all Australian orders. It’s a reliable service that provides tracking for all deliveries within Australia, as well as the choice of standard Parcel Post, Registered Post or Express Post services.
We use Australia Post for all our overseas orders. Shipping options available to International customers upon checkout include: Air Mail, Registered Post, Pack and Track International (to select countries only), Express Post International and Express Courier International. Tracking for International orders are limited to Pack and Track International, Express Post International and Express Courier International services.

Returns & Exchange
How can I make an exchange, or return products?
Should an item you order become faulty (within a reasonable period) we will provide a refund, replacement or free repair with proof of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 0488 703 899 to organise the return.
For change-of-mind returns we offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with proof of purchase. For change-of-mind returns the customer is responsible for all postage costs. Please return the item to us in unused original condition and in the original packaging. Should the item be returned in an unsellable condition, we will return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do offer bulk discounts for large or wholesale orders. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0488 703 899 for further information.
Can I place an order for an “Out of Stock” item?
Please contact us at email@example.com or call us on 0488 703 899 should you wish to order an “Out of Stock” item. We will be able to notify you when the item is back in stock, or put it aside for you. Items that are “Out of Stock” are usually re-stocked within 1-2 weeks.
What if you don’t stock an item I’m looking for?
We have access to a wide range of dart supplies, if you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0488 703 899, and we’ll see if we can source the specific item/s you’re looking for.
Can I include a personalised message with my order?
Yes, we can include a personalised message with your order. Please include the personalised message in the “Notes” section upon checkout or email us at email@example.com with your order number and the personalised message you would like to include. Please try to send the request at the same time as your order as we try to fulfil and ship all orders on a short turnaround time.
Can I have items gift wrapped?
Unfortunately we do not have a gift wrapping service available at this time.
