Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Yes, we do deliver to PO Box addresses within Australia and Internationally.

What time do I have to place my order by to ensure same day shipping?

All orders received before 12 pm midday are shipped on the same day (not including weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 12 pm midday will still be shipped same day if possible, but may be shipped on the following business day.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All orders over $50 are guaranteed free standard tracked shipping within Australia, although we will often upgrade to express shipping for free for orders under 500g or if the delivery destination is very close to our own e.g. Brisbane & Gold Coast areas. 

We use Australia Post shipping for most orders within Australia although we will use an alternate carrier for some bulky orders or if the service is likely to be quicker to arrive to you. We only use reliable carriers that that provide tracking for all deliveries within Australia. 

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes we do ship to overseas locations with a variety of Australia Post services. You can get a shipping estimate via the shopping cart, should you wish to check shipping costs prior to checking out.

We generally use Australia Post for our overseas orders. Shipping options available to International customers upon checkout include: Air Mail, Registered Post, Pack and Track International (to select countries only), Express Post International and Express Courier International. Tracking for International orders are limited to Pack and Track International, Express Post International and Express Courier International services.
